AIME 2025 Asia-Pacific’s flagship business events platform returned to Melbourne in February and smashed previous records. Hosted at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the event brought together over 675 exhibitors, 640 hosted buyers, and more than 4,500 attendees, facilitating thousands of meaningful meetings across its expanded show floor.

Independent post-event analysis projects a staggering AUD 400 million in business transactions between exhibitors and buyers, marking a remarkable 21% increase over 2024. Managed by Talk2 Media & Events in collaboration with the Melbourne Convention Bureau, AIME’s success has led to the extension of their partnership through to 2028.

The Knowledge Program, themed “We Matter!”, featured top-tier keynotes Gus Balbontin, former CTO of Lonely Planet, and neuro-performance expert Dr Kristy Goodwin alongside 20 breakout sessions tackling innovation, AI, well-being, and talent development.

AIME 2025’s outcome reaffirms its place as the premier business events ecosystem in the Asia-Pacific where industry leaders converge, deals flourish, and the future of events is shaped.
