The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) has unveiled the complete lineup for its expanded Knowledge Monday program, set to kick off in Melbourne on 9 February 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). The event’s theme this year, “Expertise Matters!”, focuses on the strategic role of professional knowledge in navigating a changing global business events landscape.
Curated in partnership with BEAMexperience Founder El Kwang and guided by an advisory committee of industry leaders from across the Asia Pacific, the Knowledge Monday agenda includes high-impact keynote addresses and breakout sessions designed to sharpen skills and elevate strategic thinking. Attendees will be able to choose from 22 breakout sessions covering key areas such as leadership, event experience design, AI and data, talent development, and sustainability. The content aims to address contemporary industry priorities, including leadership effectiveness, authentic engagement, and commercially driven creativity.
A lineup of more than 30 expert speakers will lead sessions in formats ranging from workshops to panel discussions. Three headline keynote speakers are scheduled to open the day, bringing diverse perspectives on engagement, human behaviour, and resilient leadership.
AIME 2026 runs from 9–11 February 2026 and is expected to be its largest edition yet, attracting thousands of attendees, exhibitors, and business meetings.
