Erleah Secures Four-Year Deal as Official AI Partner for Event Tech Live (2025–2028)

Erleah, a product of London-based Visual Hive, has been named the official AI Event Assistant and Intelligence Partner for Event Tech Live (ETL) London in a landmark four-year partnership covering 2025 through 2028. This new agreement marks Erleah’s rise from winning the Gold Prize in ETL’s 2024 Launchpad competition to becoming a long-term strategic partner.

Under the deal, Erleah will integrate intelligent data and AI-driven features across ETL’s web, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and official event app channels. The goal is to create personalised attendee journeys, strengthen exhibitor matchmaking, and build a data asset that grows in value year over year.

Bogdan Maran, founder of Visual Hive, emphasized the depth of the partnership: “A four-year commitment defines the future standard.” Meanwhile, ETL co-founder Adam Parry said Erleah’s evolution from a competition winner to essential tech underlines the event tech sector’s shift toward strategic intelligence and long-term innovation.
