The Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) has unveiled the agenda for its 2025 annual conference, themed "What’s Next?" Scheduled for December 4, 2025, at Warwick Conferences in Coventry, the event aims to explore the evolving landscape of the events industry.
Sponsored by beMatrix and Abraxys, the conference will delve into the impact of artificial intelligence on the sector, focusing on how AI can streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and foster smarter ways of working.
The speaker lineup includes futurist William Higham, founder of Next Big Thing, who will provide insights into emerging trends and consumer behavior. Katie King, CEO of AI in Business and author of AI Strategy for Sales and Marketing, will discuss the ethical application of AI across various business functions. The conference will conclude with a motivational address by Richard McCann, emphasizing resilience and a positive mindset in the face of change.
