Cvent has launched CventIQ, a new artificial-intelligence layer that now underpins every module of its event-management ecosystem. Announced during CEO Reggie Aggarwal’s keynote at Cvent CONNECT in San Antonio, the release blends generative AI with 25 years of event-data insights to accelerate planning, marketing, and on-site execution.

According to Cvent, planners gain Instant Session Insights that summarise attendee sentiment in real time, plus AI-driven copywriting for emails, speaker bios, and web pages. Hospitality teams can speed up proposal turn-rounds with auto-generated RFP responses and 3-D room-layout suggestions, while attendees receive personalised agendas, transcript captures, and post-event highlight packages—all generated on the fly.

Aggarwal framed CventIQ as the company’s answer to “a more efficient, intelligent, and collaborative future for meetings and events,” stressing that trusted data and human connection remain at the core of the platform’s design. Cvent says additional capabilities will roll out over the coming months as the system continues to learn from millions of events already processed on its network.
