UK-based event tech expo Event Tech Live (ETL) has announced a strategic collaboration with Rondayvoo/Match by Event Engine, unveiling a new peer-to-peer matchmaking service aimed at exhibitors ahead of the 2025 London show. The platform shifts networking away from the traditional buyer-seller model and instead focuses on connecting exhibitors with complementary partners.

Launching on 27 October 2025, the tool integrates with ETL’s exhibitor manual via FFAIR, allowing participants to complete profiles and set partnership wishes. The system then suggests ranked matches from “Excellent” to “Some Overlap” based on shared goals, industries and collaboration potential. Instant connections via WhatsApp are provided for smoother onsite coordination.

Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, described the initiative as a way to unlock partnerships that extend beyond the exhibition hall. Meanwhile, Tim Davies of Event Engine noted that Rondayvoo/Match is designed to surface hidden opportunities between brands.

By facilitating targeted partnerships and meaningful commercial dialogues, this launch aims to enhance exhibitor ROI and networking efficacy in London.
