In H1 2025, exhibitor behaviour on FFAIR’s platform marked a significant shift toward digital transactions. Hosting 122 events, the platform processed 3,186 exhibitor orders, with attendees purchasing a total of 32,133 items—generating over £2.5 million in revenue. This surge reflects exhibitors’ growing confidence in online tools for merchandise, promotional items, and services during live and hybrid events.

Platform analytics show that digital storefronts offer exhibitors a seamless way to handle sales, manage inventory, and engage attendees before, during, and after live events. The convenience of a browser-based checkout increases impulse purchases and allows exhibitors to track buyer behaviour in real time. Event managers benefit too, with streamlined logistics and visual data insights that aid in planning and forecasting.

“With over £2.5 million processed in just six months, the digital shift is undeniable,” says FFAIR’s leadership, highlighting its role in modernizing exhibitor operations. As exhibitions and conferences evolve, offering robust eCommerce capabilities is becoming a standard expectation—driving both satisfaction and return on investment.
