EXPERIENCEit 2026 is returning as an innovative two-day gathering that promises to influence the future of live event experiences for creative, marketing, and event professionals. Building on the success of its previous format, the event will take place in Edinburgh on 10–11 March 2026 and is designed to push boundaries beyond traditional trade shows by focusing on immersive learning, collaboration, and impactful storytelling.

Organised by EVENTIT, the programme emphasises that today’s live experiences must go beyond fleeting moments to deliver measurable engagement, social value, and enduring narratives. Participants will engage in sessions covering behavioural insights, crisis preparedness, ESG strategy, wellness, and storytelling, all key elements shaping the skill set required in the evolving events sector.

Opening remarks will be delivered by Martin Rhodes, Member of Parliament for Glasgow North and Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Events, highlighting the UK sector’s growth and the importance of industry dialogue across government and business.

Attendees can look forward to hands-on activities such as the Behaviour Lab and a collaborative checkpoint challenge, alongside a rich slate of keynote talks and mini-workshops designed to turn ideas into actionable strategies. The event also features networking opportunities and a concluding celebration that reinforces community connections.
