Farnborough International Airshow Taps Showlite to Support Record-Breaking 2026 Edition

Farnborough International has confirmed the appointment of Showlite as the Official Exhibition Services Supplier for both the 2026 and 2028 editions of the acclaimed Farnborough International Airshow, one of the most significant aerospace events globally. The renewed partnership comes as FIA prepares to unveil a brand-new sixth hall, making the 2026 show the largest in the event’s 76-year history and reflecting unprecedented demand for space.

Showlite’s responsibilities will include comprehensive exhibition build services, such as shell schemes, electrical installations, carpeting, and bespoke feature areas. Graphic production will be delivered through Ottimo Digital, Showlite’s sister company, underlining the expanded operational scope required for the enlarged venue footprint.

With FIA 2026 having sold out more than a year in advance, the expanded halls signal continued momentum for the event which in previous editions attracted over 1,400 exhibitors and generated significant commercial activity. Showlite’s role will also incorporate increased logistical planning and sustainability reporting, supporting Farnborough International’s ambition to achieve carbon-neutral status by 2030.

Ben Gleeson, Operations Director at Farnborough International, emphasised the value of strong delivery partners in driving the event’s growth. Showlite’s Managing Director, Nick Lindwall, highlighted the team’s commitment to innovation and sustainability across forthcoming shows.
