FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E) has taken a major step in expanding its capabilities by acquiring UK-based creative agency Fresh Group. The move marks the company’s first acquisition and reflects its strategy to become a fully integrated service provider in the fast-growing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector.

With this deal, FCM M&E significantly enhances its creative and production expertise, adding in-house brand experience, content creation, and high-impact event production to its offerings. Fresh Group, known for delivering campaigns for global brands, brings strong creative credentials that complement FCM’s existing logistics and event management services.

The integration will also expand FCM M&E’s UK workforce to nearly 100 professionals and establish additional operational hubs in Manchester and Edinburgh, alongside its London base.This positions the company to deliver end-to-end event solutions from planning and travel management to creative execution under one roof.
