Festival Supplier Awards 2027 to Recognise Excellence Across the Outdoor Events Industry

The Festival Supplier Awards will return to London on 28 January 2027, bringing together businesses, teams and individuals working across the outdoor events supply chain.
The awards, organised by Eventive Media, will take place at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. For the 2027 edition, organisers have updated the categories, entry process and judging criteria to make the programme more accessible to suppliers of different sizes.
The revised approach places greater focus on the quality and impact of the work delivered, rather than the size of a company or the scale of its projects. This gives smaller specialist suppliers and emerging businesses an opportunity to highlight their contribution alongside established industry names.
The awards will recognise achievements across 23 categories covering areas such as staging, power, structures, security, technology, accessibility, production and other essential services supporting outdoor events.
Entries will be reviewed by an independent panel of experienced event professionals. Judges will consider factors including innovation, problem-solving, collaboration, sustainability, accessibility and the contribution made by teams.
Manchett Security will return as headline sponsor for the second consecutive year.
The awards will also feature a Judges’ Choice Award recognising an entry that particularly stands out to the judging panel.
