The combined entity will operate under the Jack Morton name, leveraging its strong brand recognition to unify services and capabilities on a global scale.

Backed by investment from The Riverside Company, the newly formed agency brings together creative strategy, digital innovation, production, fabrication, and impact measurement, positioning it to deliver fully integrated experiences for leading brands across sectors such as technology, healthcare, and automotive. With more than 1,000 specialists and operations spanning over 20 offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific, the merger significantly expands global reach and market depth.

Leadership roles for the unified agency include Jared Pollacco as CEO and Craig Millon as Global President, with Josh McCall serving as Executive Chairman of the board.
