The Event Supplier & Services Association (ESSA) has unveiled its newly elected board for the 2025–2026 term, signalling a significant stride forward amid a year marked by industry influence and robust expansion. The appointments were officially announced at ESSA’s recent Annual General Meeting, held in conjunction with The Meetings Show in London.

Joining ESSA’s leadership team are two prominent figures: Lisa Tyson, Deputy Managing Director at Aztec Event Services, and Simon Ridout, Commercial Director at Showlite Ltd. Their inclusion brings valuable expertise and fresh perspectives, strengthening the association’s ability to advocate for suppliers and service providers in the events ecosystem.

ESSA’s current president emphasised that 2024–2025 has been a pivotal period for the organisation, highlighting its role in shaping industry standards and supporting members through new initiatives. The newly appointed board is expected to build on this momentum, focusing on enhancing member benefits, boosting collaborative efforts, and steering innovation across the sector .
