Rise AV Expands Elevate Leadership Programme Following Successful 2025 Launch

Rise AV has announced the return of its Elevate leadership programme for 2026 after a highly successful debut year that received strong industry support and positive participant feedback. The initiative is designed to support women working in the audiovisual and live events sectors by helping them build leadership confidence, professional networks, and career development skills.

The six-week programme combines in-person sessions in London with online learning and mentorship activities. Participants will take part in leadership workshops, group collaboration sessions, and real-world industry challenges guided by experienced AV professionals. Rise AV stated that the programme focuses on areas such as communication, team leadership, confidence building, and navigating workplace change.
