The Hunt Begins for the UK’s Next Generation of Events Industry Leaders

The UK events sector is once again searching for its standout emerging talent as Tomorrow’s Talent 2026 returns, offering rising professionals a chance to shine. Now in its eighth year, the initiative aims to celebrate the most promising individuals working in the meetings, incentives, and events industry, providing a platform to build connections and elevate careers.

Organised alongside The Meetings Show and in partnership with M&IT, the programme selects 10 winners who will receive a range of exclusive opportunities. These include VIP access to The Meetings Show 2026, invitations to industry-leading events such as the M&IT Awards, and mentorship with senior industry leaders. Winners will also gain exposure across official channels, helping raise their professional profiles within the sector.

In addition, those selected will participate in a four-hour professional development session focused on communication skills, including presentation delivery and handling challenging situations. Past winners have gone on to achieve significant career growth, reinforcing the value and impact of the initiative. Applications are open to UK-based event planners and buyers aged 30 or under or those with up to three years of experience in the field, with submissions closing on 23 January 2026.
