The events industry often celebrates successful productions, packed venues, and memorable audience experiences, but behind every smooth-running event is a dedicated workforce making it all possible. Recognising this, The Occasionall Group has launched “TOG 100,” a new initiative designed to honour the people who consistently contribute to the success of live events.

Launched on the 100th day of 2026, the initiative celebrates team members who have completed more than 100 event shifts with the company. The first 25 founding members were recently recognised during a special gathering in London, where each member received a personalised numbered badge representing their journey and contribution to the organisation.

The programme goes beyond recognition and aims to create stronger engagement between frontline event staff and company leadership. Members of TOG 100 will also contribute feedback and ideas to help shape future workforce initiatives and operational improvements.

As the events industry continues to evolve, initiatives like TOG 100 highlight the growing importance of employee recognition, workforce loyalty, and people-first event operations. By celebrating experienced event professionals, The Occasionall Group is reinforcing the value of the individuals who help deliver seamless experiences for organisers and attendees alike.
